Is Strength Training Important ?

Why I Write and What You Can Expect Here When I began thinking about blogging, I wasn’t sure if anyone would care.  But writing forced me to organize my thoughts and dig deeper into topics that fascinates me, even more; which are health, nutrition, workouts, art, travel and singing 🎵 Does it make me any expert?
